Here is an heroic William Heath Robinson lithograph, originally included in Janet Harvey Kelman's 1906 "Stories from Chaucer Told To the Children" and gleaned here from a 1927 collection of children's poems, stories, fables, and art. The lithograph is captioned simply -
The pastel jewel tones and with Dorigen standing so mournfully, waiting for her husband, Robinson's work remains timeless. The heavy paper is blank on its reverse, is clean and bright and shows light foxing along its edges. The paper is without folds, marks, tears, or creases and measures 7" x 9.125" (18x23cm).
A delightful image to frame and gift for your adventurous new reader ... wonderful for your art - card and tag creations, scrap-book page making, collage.
You are purchasing an original 1927 paper and it does not have watermarks. I will send this to you flat, protected, and by USPS 1st Class mail.
