From Francois Courboin's 1877 'Paris Fashion Styles', here is a handsome pochoir print captioned 'Cossack Encampment on the Champs-Elysees (1814)'. The scene depicts Russian soldiers in Paris after the allied invasion of Paris following Napoleon's defeat in March 1814.
The heavy paper is blank on its reverse, measures 6.5" x 9.75" (16.5x24.8 cm), the pochoir is strong and clear, the colors are vivid, and the paper is smooth and clean, showing gentle tanning with clear edges and sharp corners. The pochoir is clean with no tears, marks, folds, or creases.
This will be a lovely image to frame for the bath or dressing room, bedroom or sewing studio ... and perfect for all your art - card and tag creations, scrap-book page making, collage.
You are purchasing an original 1877 pochoir print and it does not have watermarks. I will send this to you flat, protected, and by USPS 1st Class mail.
